At Vanish Tattoo Removal, our goal is to provide the highest quality service at the most competitive price possible for every client.
In order to achieve this high standard of service, we have implemented a Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. This policy enables us to maintain our competitiveness and the ability to offer more appointments for clients to start or continue their laser tattoo removal treatments with us.
HOW TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of things and you cannot keep your appointment.
Should that be the case, as soon as you know you cannot keep your appointment, please call us on 0401 391 732 or use the Online Booking link in the emailed appointment confirmation. If you cannot reach a staff member please leave a detailed voicemail message giving your name, appointment time and date along with contact telephone number.
We will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment to a more convenient date and time.
On the morning of the day BEFORE your appointment, we will send you an SMS reminder to the mobile phone number and an email reminder to the inbox of the address given to us by you.
PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THE MESSAGE.
Please be considerate and call us immediately on 0401 391 732 if you are unable to arrive on time to an appointment. Our cancellation and no-show policy states If it is necessary to cancel your appointment or reschedule to a future date, we require at least 12 hours notice in advance so please contact us immediately if you need to change your appointment.
It is important that we have your current mobile phone number and email address, so if there are any changes to your details contact us immediately so we can ensure we can reach you at all times.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 12 hours, one of the following may be implemented from our late cancellation and no-show policy:
a) You will forfeit your deposit
b) You will be invoiced a $50 missed appointment fee (on the second no show appointment)
c) A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package.
d) you will be required to prepay a 50% deposit for all future appointments.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A ’No-Show’ is a client who misses an appointment without contacting us prior to their appointment. ‘No-shows’ severely impact our business and our other clients. A failure to arrive at the appointment will be deemed a ’No-Show’. To read more about our terms and conditions click here…
Subsequent ‘No-Shows’ may lead to our refusal to accept future appointments and our refusal to complete further laser tattoo removal treatments. Please understand and respect our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
